Title:         Study on Energy and Environmentally Efficient Cogeneration and Trigeneration Methods

Abstract:   A trend in developing energy and environmentally efficient methods for power generation has become more popular in recent years. A nationwide strive towards GHG emission reduction has given much importance for energy and environmentally efficient practices in the electricity sector. This paper deals with the study on Cogeneration and Trigeneration methods that can be adopted in the power sector or in the required places. Along with the brief overview, their contributions and area of application for adopting such practices are also dealt in this study. Conceptually and practically this sought of approaches can be preferred for meeting the excess energy demands and to recover the energy wastages. Practicing these methods would have a great impact on industry sector as well as the environment.
